Early Pregnancy Rapid Test

Usage

Early Pregnancy Rapid Test is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of early pregnancy factor in dog’s serum.

Assay Time: 5 – 10 min

Sample: serum

Kit Component

– 10×foil pouches, each containing one cassette, one pipette and a desiccant

– 10×centrifugal tubes

– Product Manual

Test Procedure 

– Collect dog’s blood 1ml

Centrifugal: 1500speed/minute.

(If samples don’t need to be test immediately, then shall be kept in cold storage; if samples are kept over 24 hours, then shall be cryopreservation)

– Take out the cassette from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.

– Open the transparent cap of the Sample tube, then Break off the top section, put the top of the sample tube down.

– Gradually drip 2-3 drops of serum into the sample hole “S”.

– Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.

Limitation 

Early Pregnancy Rapid Test is for in vitro veterinary diagnosis use only. All results should be considered with other clinical information available from veterinarian. For an accurate result, It is suggested to apply other method such as PCR for final determination in practice.
